- Smart Search: Easily find the taxa you need by searching using the scientific name, common name, or species code.
- Favorites: Once you've selected a species in a survey, it's automatically favorited to the top of the taxonomy list for quick access. This is particularly handy when performing transect or plot work.
- Project-Based Filtering: All taxa used in a project are filtered to the top of the list, making it simple to select recurring plants.

Custom Species Lists
You can create your own custom species lists by selecting from over 500,000 species in the Wildnote taxonomy database. In addition, if you would like Wildnote to associate custom meta data with your species, just send a note to support@wildnoteapp.com.
